    Applications will be accepted and leased on a first come first serve basis until plots are filled. Residents of the City of Big Lake will be given priority.     Please read and sign below to agree that 1) you have read and understand the Community Garden Use Agreement as set forth by the City of Big Lake, and 2) you understand that the City of Big Lake is not responsible for your actions and therefore you agree to hold harmless the City for any liability, damage, loss, or claim that occurs in connection with the use of a garden plot by you or any of your guests. By checking the "I agree" box below, you agree and acknowledge that 1) your application will not be signed in the sense of a traditional paper document, 2) by signing in this alternate manner, you authorize your electronic signature to be valid and binding upon you to the same force and effect as a handwritten signature, and 3) you may still be required to provide a traditional signature at a later date.
