There are three (3) phases included in the Xcel Energy Sherco Solar Project; comprised of approximately 5,000 acres, total. Construction of phase I began in April of 2023 and is expected to be completed in October of 2024. Phase II is expected to be completed in October of 2025, and Phase III is currently waiting on approval from the State of MN to begin construction in April of 2024.
